About Duesvo
Duesvo is a small piece of software for the person who keeps a membership in the United States. It has two halves. The membership database template is free and works out, from the figures you type in, what fields the record has to hold, how many renewals fall due each month and what the list costs in hours to keep the way you keep it now. Duesvo Pro is the record those members become: every member with their tier, join date and renewal date, every payment of dues against the member who made it, and a digital membership card issued from the same record, kept and exportable at any time.
Why this site exists
This site exists because the membership list is almost always one person's spreadsheet, and the year it goes wrong is the year that person steps down. Who belongs, what they paid and when they lapse are three questions with one answer, and the answer should outlive whoever is keeping it this year.
Who it is for
The administrator, secretary, treasurer or membership officer of a US club, association, chamber, alumni body or small nonprofit, with between fifty and a few thousand members and a spreadsheet doing the work today
Not somebody shopping for a membership to join, not a member checking their own account, not a creator selling access to content, and not a large association running an AMS tender
What it does not do
- No fundraising, donation or campaign tooling: a membership body's appeal is a different job from its record, and this site sends those searches elsewhere
- No vendor ranking and no association management software league table: this site publishes no product's rating
- No membership marketing advice: how to grow a body is its own decision and we have no data on yours
- No selling to your members: we never contact the people on your list and we sell no leads

What Duesvo Pro keeps
Upgrading turns the sheet into the register. The fields you laid out become the member record; the renewal dates become a list of who lapses this month; the dues become payments recorded against a member rather than a bank line nobody can match. Export is always available, so the membership list is yours whether or not you stay.
